About Pearaing Biodiversity Conservation Center

Pearaing is a new tourist attraction in Siem Reap that has been officially registered and recognized as an Eco-Tourism site since 2015. With the strong commitment to preserving and participation of the local villagers, authorities and Buddhist monks,it is now become a peaceful home of hundred species of water birds as well as fishes such as : Birds: Comb Ducks, Cormorants, Darters, Purple and Grey Herons, Adjutants, Asian Open Billed, Pelicans, Painted and Milky Storks, Black Headed Ibis etc... Fishes: Snakehead Murrel, Giant Snakehead, Walking Catfish, Wallago Attu, Leptobarbus hoevenii etc. It is this fusion of water and forests, this dense and intertwined world of aquatic life and bird that we invite you to immerse yourself.
