Travel from Angkor Wat in Cambodia to the mysterious Myanmar, this tour will show you the best the two country has to offer with the gorgeous temples and towers, as well as the beautiful countryside in Cambodia and the Buddhist Pagodas and monasteries all over Myanmar.

After your arriving at Siem Reap, take two days to explore the splendid temples in Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom. Then have a boat out to see the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia and to the lake village of Kampong Phluck to learn how people adapt to life on this body of water. After that, transfer to Phnom Penh, a crossroads of Asia’s past and present. Have a half day tour to see the Royal Palace, National Museum in Phnom Penh. Then move to Myanmar, spend time to the most famous and essential attractions in Yangon, Mandalay, Amarapura, Bagan, covering the historical heritages, natural landscapes and local hospitality.

Day 1 Arrive in Siem Reap, Half Day Angkor Wat

Your memorable Indochina tour to Cambodia and Vietnam will start from discovering the fantastic world heritage temples in Siem Reap, Kingdom of Cambodia. Upon arrival in Siem Reap, you will be welcomed by your private local guide from IndochinaTour.Com at the airport then escorts to hotel. After check in and a short rest, your private guide will lead you to discover the world’s wonder site—Angkor Wat, the magnificent temple was built in 12th century and it is the largest first Hindu, Buddhist temle complex and the largest religious monument in the world. On your way back to Siem Reap, enjoy the sunset from the top of the pyramid-shaped temple of Pre Rup.

Day 2 Full Day Angkor Thom & Ta Prohm Temple

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
After breakfast, the cool weather and less traffic is perfect for you to travel in a Tuk Tuk to visit the ancient city Angkor Thom which was the last and most enduring capital city of the Khmer empire. The tour in Angkor Thom will starts from the South Gate and walk along the ancient city wall to see the lost temple of Prasat Chroung, then continue to the Bayon temple where you will be surrounded by 216 gigantic stone faces which fame as “smile of Angkor”. You will also visit the Terrace of the Elephants, the Royal Palace and the Terrace of the Leper King. 

When weather gets hot, your driver will pick you up and you can enjoy air-condition and cold drinks inside your private car while transferring you to Temple of Ta Prohm which is wildly known as “lost to the jungle temple”. 
Rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 3 Full Day Tonle Sap Lake, Kompong Phluk

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
In the morning, visit a half day excursion to the biggest Southeast Asia’s largest fresh water lake Tonle Sap Lake. You will firstly enjoy a fun ox cart ridethrough the countryside, continue to have a boat trip to enjoy the beautiful lake view and mangrove forest on the lake, then spend rest of the morning at the largest village on the lake which is called Kompong Phluk, to discover the fascinating daily lives of the local people who leave on the water.Rest of the day is at leisure for you to relax.

Day 4 Flight to Phnom Penh, Half Day City Tour

Meals: Breakfast,
Enjoy the morning at leisure until transfer to airport for onward flight to Phnom Penh. Upon arrival Phnom Penh, you will meet your local guide at the airport then transfer to hotel. 
After check in hotel and a short rest, you will visit the National Museum where you will see the large collection of Khmer history, arts and architecture, then to visit the Royal Palace where the Khmer royal family leaves. 
Rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 5 Flight to Yangon

Flight: International flight on our arrangement
Meals: Dinner

Today your will depart from Phnom Penh and continue your Indochina tour to Yongon—the former capital of Myanmar. 
Upon your arrival in Yangon, the former capital of Myanmar but nowadays one of the most developed city in Myanmar, your local guide will welcome you at the airport then escort you to hotel. 
In the evening, enjoy a Myanmar royal style welcome dinner on a floating marble boat.

Day 6 Full Day Yangon City Tour

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Myanmar, the country just opened itself to the world and now waiting people to discover its unique Buddhist culture and heritage. 
Rise early in the morning to visit the Shwedagon Pagoda which is the largest pagoda with painted real gold in Yangon. Benefit for visit the pagoda in early morning you will enjoy an quiet and extremely peaceful atmosphere to watch local people and monks pray in front of the Pagoda. 
Transfer back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast you will visit the Reclining Buddha (Chaok-Htat-Gyi) and Mahabandoola park
Have some rest after lunch, in the afternoon, enjoy some free time wander around in Bogyoke Market and the busy streets of Yangon’s famous China Town and Yangon Jetty. Finish your day off at the riverside where the road is flanked by colonize style builds which will give you the impression of Myanmar in old time.

Day 7 Flight to Bagan, Half Day City Tour

Transfer to airport for domestic flight to Bagan in early morning. Upon arrival in Bagan, you will be welcomed by your local guide at the airport then transfer you to hotel. 
Bagan, where you will be amazed by its thousands of Buddhists pagodas spread in the area of the Ancient City of ‘Bagan’. These pagodas used to own by individual families during its prosperous time. 
Your will visit the Nyaung Oo Market where local people buying food in daily life, visit the Shwezigon Pagoda which is the largest pagoda in Bagan painted with real gold. Have a rest in hotel in the hottest time in afternoon. Then enjoy a Horse Cart Ride for the sun set, you will climb up to the top of the Shesandaw Pagoda for sun set then take the horse cart back to hotel. It is a unforgettable feeling of taking the horse cart ride on the off road treks through the pagodas when its quiet in dusk.

Day 8 Flight to Heho--Inle Lake

Meals: Breakfast

Transfer to airport for onward flight to Heho where you will be picked up and transfer you to your hotel by the lakeside of Inle Lake
Inle Lake locates in the highland of Myanmar in an altitude of around 3,000 feet above sea level. Here you will enjoy different atmosphere and ambience from middle part of Myanmar. 
After check in hotel, enjoy your day at leisure to relax.

Day 9 Full Day Inle lake Excursion

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Your Excursion today will be made by long tail boat trip to see life of In-tha (name of local ethnic people live on the lake), to discover their unique floating farms and life on floating village. You will also see how the local fisher to fish with only one leg paddling the boat and the Long Neck Ladies who were relocated from the Myanmar and Thailand border. 
Rest of the day is at leisure to relax.

Day 10 Flight to Mandalay, Half Day City Tour

Enjoy free time in the morning until transfer to airport for onward flight to Mandalay. Upon you arrive in Mandalay, you local guide will meet you in the airport and escort you to hotel. 
After a rest in the hotel, you will visit Mahamuni Image where you will see local people pray and stick gold paper on the Buddha for blessing. You can also try to make your wish and donate money (buy) for gold paper to stick the gold paper on the statue (only man allowed to stick the gold). On the way to the Mahamuni Image, you will visit a gold paper factory to see how people made the gold leaf. Visit the Shwenandaw Monastery which means ‘Golden Palace Monastery” and was built in 19th century and well known for its teak carving of Buddhist myths. Visit the Kuthodaw Pagoda which is a Buddhist stupa that contains the world’s largest book of Buddhism. 
Finish your day at the top of Mandalay Hill for a stunning sun set.

Day 11 Full Day Amarapura Excursion

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
In the morning, about 30 mins drive to Sagaing, the capital of Sagaing Division in Myanmar and located on the Ayeyarwady River, 20 km to the southwest of Mandalay on the opposite bank of the river. Cross Innwa Bridge, built by British in 1934. 
Firstly you will visit the Maha Ganayon Kyaung Monastery to see hundreds of monks line up for daily meals at 10:15am. Then visit the U Bein Bridge which is 1.2 kilometers long and is the longest teakwood bridge in the world. 
Continue to visit Kaung Mu Taw Pagoda; the dome shaped pagoda rises up to 46 meters. At the base of the pagoda there are 812 stone pillars, each one with a hollow and an image of a Nat in it. Continue visit to Sagaing Hill, the hill has a number of small pagodas and with many meditation centers and Soon U Ponya Shin Pagoda; it is located on Sagaing Hill. You can stop at monasteries and nunneries and talk with them while taking green tea from hot tea pot and palm-sugar. 
Lunch at local restaurant in Sagaing and take a short break, then continue visit Amarapura,"City of Immortality" situated 11 km to the south of Mandalay and the ancient temple of Pahtodawgyi which was built in 1820 in the Inva ancient town. 
Drive back to Mandalay and rest of the day is at leasure.

Day 12 Departure from Mandalay

Enjoy relaxing time in the morning until transfer to airport for your onward international flight to your sweet home or continue with your Indochina tour.
