On the second floor, the most popular venue is Lucky Shabu House, an all-you-can-eat restaurant which is very popular with both locals and tourists. This floor also has a large stationery store.

Lucky Market is on average a bit more expensive than Angkor Market, but offers a more pleasant shopping experience. Especially if you have a quite big shopping list, it's convenient to browse the spacious aisles with one of the shopping carts on offer.
